The Phonics Wall is a color coded, interactive and multi-sensory tool that includes the most common phonics patterns needed to decode and encode most words. It is used as a reference when reading and writing unknown words throughout the day in all subject areas. Students say a special chant daily that goes with each section. Get the chant into their heads so they can help themselves!

These cards are the exact replica of each phonics wall pattern.

Front of the Card: the pattern with its colored picture cue
Back of the Card: the phonics pattern itself in black

Teachers and students use the front of the cards to practice getting the cues in their heads. After they know the cues, they will transition to just saying the sound of the pattern that is on the back of the card. This practice will develop fluent knowledge of all phonics patterns!
